Every console is checked over and sealed with a tamper-evident sticker before it leaves us - so you can see straightaway if it's been opened since. We test every disc, console, and  controller before handover and again on collection, so what you receive actually works.

PlayHaus is run hands-on by myself, Ashutosh Kumar, based in Erith, South East London. I check the kit myself, I do the deliveries, and I answer the messages - there's no call centre and no AI faceless platform behind this.
