Cancel more than 48 hours before your start time for a full refund of the rental fee.
Cancel 24–48 hours before your start time for a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before your start time are non‑refundable.
If PlayHaus cancels due to equipment or safety issues, you’ll receive a full refund.

DAMAGE & COVERAGE

We trust our players, but we keep things professional. A temporary hold is placed on your card during the rental. Significant damage, including water spills, physical cracks, or tampered hardware, is the renter's responsibility. Standard wear and tear on controllers? Don't sweat it—we've got you covered.

Refund Policy

A £200 card hold is taken at booking. It’s not a charge and is released after your kit is checked on return.
You’re responsible for any damage, loss or missing items beyond fair wear and tear.
Late returns may be charged at £10 per hour or an extra day’s rental, depending on how late the kit is.
