Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation: 1. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of signed digital rental agreement. 2. A temporary authorisation hold of £200 will be placed on your card at the time of booking, this is not a charge and is released automatically on return. 3. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via email or DM within 2 hours of request. Cancellation Policy: Delivery & Collection: 1. Delivery and Collection window: 6PM - 8PM each day, you will receive a 1 hour notice before arrival 2. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign 3. Collection at end of rental period will always be from the same address delivered 4. Late returns beyond agreed time will incur a £10 per hour late fee. Damage & Loss Policy: 1. Equipment condition is photographed and logged at every handover 2. Customer is liable for any damage beyond fair wear & tear 3. In the event of damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the card hold and any excess amount will be charged to the customer 4. Loss or theft of equipment must be reported to police, a case reference number is required. 5. PlayHaus is not responsible for any data, saves or content lost during the rental period. Age & ID Policy: 1. Renters must be 18 or over 2. PlayHaus reserves the right to request ID verification before confirming any booking.
